A new luxury retirement village near Cirencester in the Cotswolds has been announced for development in the summer of 2019. Siddington Park, situated on a 12 acre site will include lots of excellent onsite amenities such as its own restaurant, wellness spa, pool, gym, concierge and integrated care services.

Octopus Healthcare, part of Octopus Group, and a leading investor in healthcare facilities, Rangeford Holdings (Rangeford), have agreed plans on a new exclusive luxury retirement village fueled by the under supply of high quality retirement housing offering a ‘lifestyle’ to the over 60’s looking to downsize.
Construction of the first phase, which comprises over 116 units on 8.2 acres of the site, will commence in summer 2019 with completion scheduled for late 2021.
In addition, the adjacent 3.8 acre plot has outline planning consent for further units, which will be brought forward in phases following the completion of phase one.
The established partnership between Rangeford and Octopus Healthcare was forged with the development of Wadswick Green in Wiltshire.

Wadswick Green is a retirement Village on a 25 acres site surrounded by scenic countryside, with footpaths and walks for walkers and dog walkers to enjoy the Wiltshire scenery. The developers designed the site around a central Pavilion with courtyards expanding into the lush countryside.
